The team is headed by Dr. John Tang MD., an alumnus of Stanford University. Dr. Tang graduated in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and went on to Kaiser Foundation where he specialized in Internal Medicine. He has since assiduously pursued the study of cosmetics and anti-aging which has enabled him to understand the complexity of 'youth'. Dr. Tang has endeavored to appreciate the intricate relationship between hormones, nutrition and exercise and how they influence aging, the skin and overall wellness of a human being.

To illustrate, a problem often encountered by adolescents, which causes great distress, is acne. Rejuvé is specialized in the management of acne and in minimizing acne-related scars.

Acne is caused by a number of reasons, some of which include hyper-active sebaceous glands and clogging of pores which can result in bacterial proliferation. Contrary to popular belief, acne is not aggravated by foods, hormones, stress or dirt. Furthermore there are several different types of acne and proper identification is the first step in effective treatment. Treatment can range from hormone therapy, application of topical creams, antibiotics, retinoids and laser therapy. The success of acne-management is the proper identification of the precise type of acne a patient suffers from, its severity, and the patient's lifestyle and budget.

A. A painless, non-invasive treatment to improve the appearance of cellulite. Cellulite is a nagging problem for many women, even those who work hard to keep fit. The reason is that cellulite is not a fat problem -- it’s a skin problem. Cellulite is made up of fat cells that reside within the skin. They can’t be burned as fuel, so dieting and exercise won’t eliminate them. After an initial consultation, the technician will apply the pigment to the desired area. Permanent cosmetics may require at least one or more follow up visits for adjusting the shape and color or density of the pigment.
